Student/Team Add Drop Change form

This form is for Church Coordinators or their helpers to request changes for their Students or Teams after on-line registration has closed.  

We don't need to know if you are adding or dropping a student or a team in Display Events.   This happens  often. If you are dopping a student or a team in Display Events, please put their rubric in the recycle bin at LTC Central after you receive it at Registration.  If you are adding a student or team, please bring to the convention 3 copies of the correct rubric with the student/team information completed at the top of the form.  The Display Event Ambassadors can help you complete the form if needed by looking at other entries submitted  in the same event.  

We don't need to know if you are dropping a student in Pre-Convention Challenge or Pre-Convention events. This happens often. 

We don't need to know if you are adding or dropping a student in a team. Please review the rules for the maximum number of students per team for the event. If you added a student, ask for an addtional medal at LTC Central when picking up the  judged rubrics during the convention. If you dropped a student, return the extra medal.

  • This student will be dropped from your registration and 50% of the registration fee will be added as an additional line item to your statement, We normally settle up statements on Saturday at the convention with a church check.

  • This student will be added to your registration at 150% of the normal registration fee. A T-shirt can not be guaranteed for late registratnts since a very small number of extras are ordered. We normally settle up statements on Saturday at the convntion with a church check.
