Hotel Room Add Drop Change form

This form is for Church Coordinators or their helpers to request Hotel Room changes after on-line registration has closed.  

This form will send an email to Rick, who handles hotel rooms, so there is no need to contact him also. Rick will revise your registration and send you a new copy, and send you an email to make sure you received it. 

In 2025, late adds will probably be in the Westin due to the girls volleyball teams being in the Sheraton.

  • The hotel has a 100% cancel fee less than 72 hours in advance. We hold late adds to use against cancels less than 72 hours, but no guarantees.

  • If you are dropping an existing room and replacing it with a new room that has a new hotel room group number, please complete two of these forms, both a Drop this room and Add this room. If you are doing that, since it is a replacement, the 72 hour rule should not apply on cancellation charges.

  • Enter only the Hotel group number and the values that have changed.
