Registration has closed. Any additional students, or additional events for existing students will be handled as walk-ons at the convention, see information below. 

Note: Please send any hotel room cancels ASAP to [email protected] so we can try to avoid room cancellation charges that will apply starting 72 hours before the first night of the hotel room.   Hotel room adds will be handled at LTC Central during the convention so we can try to offset room cancels due to family emergencies. We have been guaranteed our contracted rate for Saturday night adds.  Never contact the hotel about hotel rooms.

Changes to student event participation will be handled at LTC Central starting Friday afternoon using the process below:

  • If you are adding a registered student or team, please bring 3 copies of the event rubric with the top part completed to LTC Central on Friday. There will be a form to complete to notify the room/event coordinator of the add.

  • If you are dropping a registered student or a team, there will be a form to complete at LTC Central on Friday to notify the room/event coordinator of the drop.
     
  • To drop a student or team from Display Events, just drop the rubrics provided in the Recycle Box at LTC Central
    . 
  • If you need to add or drop a registered student from a team, there is no need to advise LTC Central. When you pick up the rubrics with the medals, just tell us you need an extra medal(s) or return the extras you have.
